Couples, Silent and Personal Retreats

Our retreats offer a variety of activities that promote mindfulness and meditation, sharpen communication skills, and facilitate an in-depth exploration of yourself and your spiritual journey. And most importantly, through our carefully crafted program, you will gain a deeper understanding of your place in the world, and unlock the full potential of your spirit.

Couples Retreat

These are 4 or 5 day retreats, in beautiful locations. The experience is a combination of deep introspective work, meaningful and guided conversations, fun activities that promote connection, as well as delicious meals, comfortable accommodations and amenities like hot tubs, pools, fireplaces, etc. 

A typical day would look like:

7:00 – Breakfast

8:15 – Communication/intimacy based exercises

10:00 – Connection driven activities

12:30 – Lunch

1:45 – Partnership building exercises w/reflective journaling

4:00 – More fun connection based activities

6:00 – Dinner

8:00 – Various evening activities/relaxation/games/pool time, etc. 

Silent Retreat

These are 4 or 5 day retreats that are periods of silence and deep meditative reflection, with periods of speaking our truths in a way that we feel seen and heard. A typical day would look like:

6:00am – Wake up

7:00am – Silent Contemplative Activity, like yoga, meditation, walking

8:00am – Breakfast available

9:00am – Morning Guided Writing – meet together to write with guided prompts and timing

11:00am – Break, in silence

12:00pm – Lunch available 

2:00pm – Afternoon Guided Sharing Circle (with no feedback)

4:00pm –  Break, in silence 

6:00pm – 8:00pm Dinner available

8:00pm –  Small Group Meeting

10:00 Lights out

What makes this “silent” retreat unique is the balance between periods of deep contemplative silence, guided silent exercises, facilitating sharing and group support. This is an environment crafted to allow deep introspection and self-awareness. By quieting ourselves, limiting our interactions with others and directing our thoughts, we become more wholly aware of where we have come from, who we are now and who we would like to be moving forward. Speaking our truth with like-minded others, free from feedback, brings a level of validation and self-actualization that we are not often afforded in everyday life. 

Personal Retreats

It is also possible to arrange a private retreat, where the focus is on you and what you need to heal, rest, and restore. For this retreat, the environment is chosen especially for you and the time spent – how long and what is accomplished, is tailored also to your specific needs. We will be able to walk you through all the stages of our program(s) – introspection, self awareness, self actualization, and to determine and address any areas where you feel stuck on your journey and in your life
